Step 1

Self-compassion is like motherhood; you have to take a break from everything and show self-compassion to yourself.

Step 2

There are tough times when you might get overwhelmed with feelings and even feel anxious, but at times like that, you need to be strong and treat yourself with love and compassion.

Step 3

You need to treat yourself like someone going through tough times. Say comforting words to yourself, talk to yourself with care and love.

Step 4

Always remember, “If your compassion doesn’t include you, it is believed to be incomplete”.
