When you’re feeling low in your life, identifying what you value most—whether family, travel or creativity—can help you rediscover the meaning and purpose of your life.

Brainstorm yourself to explore various options to define your values like honesty, belief, or patience, and pen it down.

Step 4

Once you have prioritized your core values, note them down and try to use them in your day-to-day life, and leave your fragrance.
